Sustainable Aviation Fuel, or SAF, is an alternative fuel designed to decrease emissions in air travel. The aviation sector has set the ambitious goal of using SAF for 100% of its fuel requirements by 2050. SAF production is the fastest growing renewable fuel and the most frequently produced sustainable fuel by ABFA members.
