Member companies and organizations from the Advanced Biofuels Association (ABFA), the Coalition to Address Removal of Regulatory Impediments (CARRI), and others with interest in deploying sustainable fuels sent a letter to Assistant EPA Administrator Bill Wehrum to urge the Agency to finalize provisions in the proposed Regulatory Enhancement Growth Support (REGS) rule to remove unnecessary regulatory barriers for the production of certain advanced biofuels.
